Mission
To work with in juvenile detention centers and juvenile correctional facilities to help kids make life-long changes that benefit them, their families and their communities.
This is accomplished by teaching God's Word and by the provision of pastoral care and counseling by our chaplains, and is made possible through the financial support of caring residents and local churches, businesses and community organizations.

Vision, Mission, and Values Statements
Vision
To transform the lives of as many incarcerated juveniles as possible through Jesus Christ.
Values
Devoted to doing Gods will in God's way, as described by Christ in the Scriptures;
Compassionate and respectful to everyone we serve,
Doctrinally pure, upholding the Scriptures as God's inerrant word; faithful to the Bible, but free of denominationally-specific teachings;
Accountable to God, the Churches we partner with, our individual donors, to those we minister to, and to the institutions we serve for Biblical conduct in all ministry affairs.
Surrendered to Chirst in our personal lives;
Confidential in ministry;
Partnered with the Church - as facilitators to the Church in its Biblical call to minister to the incarcerated;
Prudent in raising support and in the expenditure of funds.
There is only one God Who exists in Three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Jesus was God in flesh, was born of a virgin, and was both God and man.
He lived a sinless life, died in our place as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind, was buried, arose from the grave, and ascended into heaven.
Through the Holy Spirit, God is at work, convincing unbelievers of their need for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, and is the Comforter and Guide to every believer.”
