The mission of Cross + Bars is to work in juvenile detention centers to help kids make life-long changes that benefit them, their families and their communities.   This is accomplished by teaching God's Word and by the provision of pastoral care and counseling by our chaplains, and is made possible through the financial support of private citizens, local churches, businesses and community organizations.
